These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Armvora.com, including the purchase of Armvora home gym equipment, fitness training gear, and related products.

Armvora is operated by Fitzoraz LLC (“Armvora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Armvora.com or submit an order.

These Terms do not exclude, limit, or replace any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived, including rights available to consumers in Germany and the European Union.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • Visitors to Armvora.com;
  • Customers who purchase directly from Armvora.com;
  • Users of customer accounts, where available;
  • Individuals who submit reviews, feedback, or other content;
  • Individuals who contact Armvora Customer Support; and
  • Other interactions expressly governed by these Terms.

Separate or additional terms may apply to a particular promotion, product, service, payment provider, or third-party feature. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms will control for the relevant feature, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your place of residence to place an order.

If you place an order for another person or an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the relevant information and complete the transaction.

Armvora.com is not intended for children under 13 years of age. Products should be purchased and used by or under the supervision of an adult where the product instructions require adult supervision.

4. Account Registration

Certain features may allow or require a customer account. If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information;
  • Keep your login credentials confidential;
  • Use a strong and unique password;
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access; and
  • Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.

Armvora may suspend account access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, misuse, or a violation of these Terms.

Account suspension does not eliminate an existing order, refund, warranty, or statutory consumer right.

5. Product Information

Armvora makes reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices, dimensions, resistance levels, included components, and availability information.

Product appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, production updates, packaging changes, or reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

A non-material difference that does not affect the product’s agreed function, safety, or value will not necessarily constitute a defect. Nothing in this provision limits rights concerning materially nonconforming, falsely described, defective, or unsafe goods.

Product specifications displayed on the applicable product page at the time of purchase form part of the product information for the order.

6. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, Armvora may:

  • Contact the customer with an updated availability estimate;
  • Offer a suitable alternative with the customer’s agreement;
  • Remove the unavailable product and refund that item; or
  • Cancel and refund the affected order.

Armvora will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.

7. Placing an Order

Before submitting an order, the customer will have an opportunity to review and correct the products, quantities, delivery address, billing information, shipping method, currency, taxes, discounts, and final total.

By selecting the final checkout button that clearly communicates an obligation to pay, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products at the displayed total price.

An automatically generated order confirmation acknowledges that Armvora received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

8. Order Acceptance

An order is accepted after payment authorization, product availability, order information, and applicable risk checks have been successfully reviewed and Armvora begins fulfillment or sends confirmation of acceptance.

Armvora may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:

  • Payment authorization failure;
  • Product unavailability;
  • An obvious pricing or product-information error;
  • An invalid or undeliverable address;
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
  • Unlawful, abusive, or automated purchasing activity;
  • Violation of purchase restrictions disclosed before checkout; or
  • A legal or regulatory restriction.

If Armvora cancels a paid order, the collected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Prices and Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency available for the selected market or checkout session. The final currency and total displayed immediately before order submission control the transaction.

Customers in the United States may be shown prices in U.S. dollars. Customers in Germany may be shown prices in euros or another clearly identified checkout currency.

If the customer’s payment method uses another currency, the bank or payment provider may apply an exchange rate or foreign-transaction fee. Armvora does not control provider-imposed conversion fees.

10. Taxes, VAT, and Charges

Applicable sales tax, VAT, customs duty, import tax, or other mandatory charge will be included or disclosed as required by applicable law.

The total amount payable will be displayed before the customer places the order. Armvora will not add an undisclosed mandatory product or handling fee after the order has been submitted.

Customers in Germany will be shown applicable taxes and mandatory charges in accordance with German and European Union consumer law.

11. Payments

Armvora accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout. Available options may vary by country, currency, device, product, and payment-provider eligibility.

By submitting payment, the customer confirms that:

  • The billing information is accurate;
  • The customer is authorized to use the selected payment method;
  • The displayed total may be charged or authorized; and
  • The transaction is not being made for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Armvora may use payment and fraud-prevention providers to verify transactions. Full details are provided in our Payment Policy and Privacy Policy.

12. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

Promotions are subject to the terms displayed with the applicable offer. Those terms may include dates, product eligibility, minimum order value, customer eligibility, or usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order;
  • A code must be applied before the order is submitted;
  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • A discount cannot be applied retroactively;
  • Promotional value is not refunded beyond the amount actually paid; and
  • An offer may be withdrawn prospectively before an eligible order is placed.

Armvora does not use a false countdown, artificial deadline, fabricated inventory warning, or misleading reference price to create urgency.

If a price reduction is advertised to consumers in Germany, Armvora will provide the legally required reference-price information where applicable.

13. Obvious Pricing Errors

Armvora makes reasonable efforts to prevent pricing errors. If an obvious and material pricing error occurs, we may contact the customer before fulfillment.

The customer may then choose to:

  • Confirm the order at the correctly disclosed price; or
  • Cancel the affected order for a full refund.

Armvora will not charge a higher corrected price without the customer’s express agreement.

Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable law concerning misleading, advertised, or contractually agreed prices.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Armvora currently ships eligible products to addresses in the United States and Germany.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days;
  • Estimated transit time: 5–12 business days;
  • Estimated total delivery window: 6–15 business days; and
  • Standard shipping: Free for eligible orders to destinations we currently serve.

Delivery dates are estimates unless Armvora expressly confirms a guaranteed delivery service.

15. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Eligible products purchased directly from Armvora.com may be returned under our commercial return policy if the return request is submitted within 90 calendar days after delivery.

Different procedures and cost responsibilities may apply depending on whether the return is based on customer preference or a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product.

Customers in Germany generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases, without giving a reason.

16. Warranty and Legal Guarantee Rights

Eligible Armvora products include a voluntary one-year Armvora Limited Warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This commercial warranty does not replace mandatory legal rights. Consumers in Germany generally have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for new goods that were defective or nonconforming when delivered.

17. Product Assembly and Use

Customers must read and follow all supplied assembly, operation, maintenance, weight, resistance, safety, and storage instructions.

You agree not to:

  • Use a product for an unintended purpose;
  • Exceed stated product limits;
  • Use damaged or unstable equipment;
  • Allow use by an unsupervised person who cannot safely operate the product;
  • Modify a product in a way that creates an unreasonable safety risk; or
  • Ignore visible damage, fluid leakage, unusual noise, or abnormal operation.

Stop using the product immediately if it appears damaged, unstable, defective, or unsafe. Contact support@armvora.com for assistance.

18. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Armvora products and website content are provided for general fitness, training, and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency care.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program, particularly if you:

  • Have an existing medical condition;
  • Are recovering from an injury or surgery;
  • Are pregnant;
  • Experience chronic pain;
  • Have cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, neurological, or balance concerns; or
  • Have been advised to limit physical activity.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, faintness, acute pain, loss of balance, or another concerning symptom.

Armvora does not guarantee a particular strength, muscle, mobility, weight-loss, rehabilitation, or health outcome. Individual results depend on factors outside Armvora’s control.

19. Household and Commercial Use

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, Armvora products are designed primarily for personal or household use.

Use in a commercial gym, rehabilitation clinic, rental business, institutional facility, group class, or other high-frequency commercial environment may fall outside the product’s intended use or commercial warranty coverage.

This provision does not eliminate rights relating to a defect that was present at delivery or another right that cannot lawfully be waived.

20. Website License

Subject to these Terms, Armvora grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Armvora.com for personal, lawful, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of any website content, intellectual property, software, product design, photograph, video, or trademark.

21. Intellectual Property

Armvora.com and its original content may include trademarks, trade names, product names, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, layouts, product descriptions, software, and other materials owned by or licensed to Armvora.

Except where legally permitted, you may not:

  • Copy or republish website content for commercial use;
  • Use Armvora trademarks in a misleading manner;
  • Create an unauthorized competing storefront using Armvora content;
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
  • Sell, license, or distribute copied website materials;
  • Imply sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement by Armvora; or
  • Use website content to misrepresent another product as an Armvora product.

Fair use, quotation, review, comparison, criticism, and other uses protected by applicable law remain unaffected.

22. Prohibited Website Uses

You may not use Armvora.com to:

  • Violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information;
  • Use a payment method without authorization;
  • Interfere with website security or operation;
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, or automated attacks;
  • Scrape or extract website data in a manner that violates applicable law or these Terms;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • Impersonate another person or business;
  • Submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings;
  • Abuse promotions, refunds, chargebacks, or warranty processes; or
  • Use Armvora.com for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.

Armvora may take proportionate action against prohibited conduct, including restricting access, canceling fraudulent orders, preserving evidence, or contacting appropriate authorities.

23. Reviews and User Content

You may be able to submit reviews, photographs, videos, questions, or other content (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

  • You created it or have permission to submit it;
  • It reflects your genuine experience where presented as a review;
  • It is not knowingly false or misleading;
  • It does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights;
  • It does not contain malicious code;
  • It does not disclose another person’s private information without permission; and
  • It does not contain unlawful, threatening, hateful, or obscene material.

You retain ownership of your User Content. When you intentionally submit content for public display, you grant Armvora a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display it for the purpose for which it was submitted.

We will obtain additional permission where required before using private customer-support photographs, videos, or communications in advertising.

Armvora may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We will not suppress a genuine negative review merely because it is unfavorable.

24. Third-Party Services and Links

Armvora.com may link to or use services provided by payment processors, carriers, tracking providers, social media platforms, analytics providers, or other independent third parties.

Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Armvora is not responsible for an independent third party’s website, service, content, or conduct.

This provision does not exclude Armvora’s responsibility for selecting or using a service provider where applicable law places that responsibility on Armvora.

25. Website Availability

Armvora may maintain, update, modify, or temporarily interrupt the website for security, operational, technical, or legal reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. However, a website interruption will not eliminate a customer’s existing purchase, refund, warranty, privacy, or statutory rights.

26. Accuracy of General Website Content

General articles, training suggestions, FAQs, and educational content are provided for general informational purposes.

We may update such content as products, instructions, evidence, or legal requirements change.

Product-specific instructions and safety warnings supplied with the product take priority over general website content where they conflict.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

28. Disclaimer of Website Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Armvora.com and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.

Armvora does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

This website disclaimer does not apply to express product warranties, mandatory implied warranties, statutory legal guarantees, agreed product characteristics, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

29. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Armvora will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed and that did not result from Armvora’s breach of a mandatory duty.

Armvora is not responsible for loss caused solely by:

  • Use of a product contrary to clear safety instructions;
  • Intentional misuse or abuse;
  • Unauthorized alterations that caused the loss;
  • Information knowingly entered incorrectly by the customer; or
  • Events outside Armvora’s reasonable control, subject to mandatory legal remedies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Willful misconduct;
  • Gross negligence where liability cannot be limited;
  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • Defective-product liability that cannot be excluded;
  • Breach of mandatory consumer-protection law;
  • Violation of data-protection obligations that cannot be limited; or
  • Any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

30. Responsibility for Your Conduct

To the extent permitted by law, a user may be responsible for direct loss caused by their unlawful use of Armvora.com, fraudulent transaction, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Armvora for losses caused by Armvora, its service providers, or circumstances outside the consumer’s reasonable control.

31. Events Outside Reasonable Control

Armvora will not be responsible for delay caused by an event outside its reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disaster, carrier disruption, customs delay, public emergency, infrastructure failure, or government action.

Armvora will make reasonable efforts to reduce the effect of a disruption and communicate a material delay.

This section does not eliminate mandatory cancellation, reimbursement, or delivery rights available under applicable consumer law.

32. Complaints and Informal Resolution

If you have a concern about an order, product, payment, or these Terms, contact support@armvora.com.

Please include:

  • Your full name;
  • Your order number, if applicable;
  • A clear description of the issue;
  • The outcome you are requesting; and
  • Relevant supporting information.

We will make a reasonable effort to review and resolve complaints directly. Seeking an informal resolution does not prevent a consumer from exercising statutory rights or contacting a competent authority.

33. Governing Law

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms and contracts with Armvora are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

For consumers in Germany, this choice of law does not deprive the consumer of protections granted by mandatory German or European Union law that would apply without the choice-of-law provision.

34. Courts and Jurisdiction

A dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer in Germany to bring a claim exclusively in Nevada where mandatory law permits the consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive a consumer’s right to participate in a lawful collective or representative action.

35. Information for Consumers in Germany

If you are a consumer residing in Germany:

  • You will receive required pre-contractual product, price, business, delivery, and return information;
  • The final checkout action will clearly indicate an obligation to pay;
  • You generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases;
  • You retain applicable legal guarantee rights for defective or nonconforming goods;
  • Unfair standard contract terms are not binding;
  • Mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting provisions in these Terms; and
  • You may bring a claim in a court available under applicable German or European Union law.

36. Changes to These Terms

Armvora may update these Terms to reflect changes to products, website features, payment systems, operations, or legal obligations.

The updated version will display a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase or reduce rights already acquired under an existing contract without legally valid agreement.

Continued use of the website after an update applies to future website use but does not constitute consent to a retroactive change where express consent is required.

37. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be limited or disregarded only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply where they can operate fairly and lawfully without the invalid provision.

For consumers in Germany, an invalid standard term will be handled according to applicable law and will not automatically be replaced with the most commercially favorable permissible term.

38. No Waiver

A delay or failure by Armvora to enforce a provision does not permanently waive that provision or another legal right.

A waiver is effective only for the specific matter for which it is given and does not waive mandatory consumer obligations.

39. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the applicable product page, order confirmation, and policies incorporated by reference form the agreement concerning purchases made through Armvora.com.

They do not exclude an express written promise made by Armvora or information that applicable law requires to form part of the contract.

40. Assignment

Armvora may transfer its rights or obligations in connection with a legitimate merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of the business, provided that the transfer does not reduce a customer’s mandatory rights.

A consumer may transfer rights where permitted by applicable law.
