Payment Policy

Payment Policy

Last updated: August 24, 2026

This Payment Policy explains how payments are displayed, authorized, processed, charged, and refunded for purchases made through Armvora.com.

Armvora is operated by Fitzoraz LLC (“Armvora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an order, the customer agrees to pay the total amount displayed during checkout and confirms that the selected payment method may lawfully be used for the transaction.

1. Merchant Information

Payments made through Armvora.com are collected for:

Fitzoraz LLC, doing business as Armvora
732 S 6th ST, STE N
Las Vegas, NV 89101
United States

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Armvora accepts only the payment methods displayed as available during checkout for the customer’s order, billing location, currency, and device.

Depending on availability, checkout may display:

  • Eligible credit cards;
  • Eligible debit cards;
  • Digital wallets;
  • Accelerated checkout services;
  • Local payment methods available for the selected market; or
  • Installment or deferred-payment services offered by an independent payment provider.

The payment logos and options shown during checkout are the authoritative list of payment methods accepted for that transaction. Availability may differ between the United States and Germany.

Armvora does not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every order. A payment option may be unavailable because of the order value, currency, billing address, product, device, payment-provider rules, or risk assessment.

3. Cash, Checks, and Manual Payments

Unless expressly displayed during checkout, Armvora does not accept:

  • Cash on delivery;
  • Personal or business checks;
  • Money orders;
  • Cash mailed to the business address;
  • Manual bank transfers arranged through unsolicited messages;
  • Cryptocurrency payments; or
  • Payment through gift cards issued by unrelated businesses.

Customers should not send money or disclose payment information in response to an unofficial email, social media message, text message, or telephone request.

4. Pricing and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency made available for the customer’s selected market or checkout session.

Customers in the United States may be shown prices in U.S. dollars (“USD”). Customers in Germany may be shown prices in euros (“EUR”) or another clearly identified checkout currency.

The currency and final amount displayed on the checkout page immediately before the order is submitted control the transaction.

If the payment method is denominated in a different currency, the customer’s bank or payment provider may perform a currency conversion. The provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign-transaction fee. These provider-imposed charges are not collected or controlled by Armvora.

Before submitting payment, customers should review:

  • The product price;
  • Quantity;
  • Currency;
  • Discounts;
  • Shipping cost;
  • Taxes or duties shown at checkout; and
  • The final order total.

5. Price Consistency

Armvora aims to keep product prices consistent between advertising, product listings, product pages, the shopping cart, and checkout.

The product price will not be increased during checkout through an undisclosed mandatory fee. Any required tax, shipping charge, or other applicable amount will be clearly identified before the customer submits the order.

If a material pricing discrepancy is discovered before fulfillment, Armvora will contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not charge a higher corrected product price without the customer’s express agreement.

6. Shipping Charges

Armvora currently provides free standard shipping for eligible orders delivered to destinations we serve in the United States and Germany.

If an optional paid shipping method becomes available, its cost will be displayed separately during checkout and will not be charged unless the customer selects it.

For delivery estimates and shipping conditions, review our Shipping Policy.

7. Taxes, VAT, Duties, and Government Charges

Applicable sales tax, value-added tax (“VAT”), import tax, customs duty, or another government-imposed charge may depend on:

  • The delivery destination;
  • The billing location;
  • The product type;
  • The order value;
  • The fulfillment location; and
  • Applicable tax and customs rules.

Armvora will display or include taxes and mandatory charges as required by applicable law. The customer will be shown the payable order total before placing the order.

Where an amount cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, the customer will be informed of the nature of the potential charge before purchase as required by law.

Customers in the United States

Applicable state or local sales tax may be calculated based on the delivery address and displayed during checkout.

Customers in Germany

Prices and checkout totals for consumers in Germany will include or disclose applicable VAT and other mandatory charges in accordance with German and European Union consumer law.

Customers in Germany will not be charged an undisclosed mandatory payment, administrative, or handling fee after submitting the order.

8. No Unauthorized Card Surcharges

Armvora does not impose a separate payment-method surcharge where such a surcharge is prohibited by applicable law.

In particular, eligible consumers in Germany will not be charged an additional fee merely for using a covered consumer credit or debit card where European Union payment rules prohibit that fee.

This does not include independent currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees imposed by the customer’s bank or card issuer.

9. Payment Authorization

When an order is submitted, the payment provider may request authorization from the customer’s bank, card issuer, digital wallet, or other payment service.

Authorization confirms that the payment method is valid and that sufficient funds or credit may be available. It does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or shipped.

Depending on the payment method, the customer may see:

  • A pending authorization;
  • A temporary hold;
  • An immediate charge;
  • A delayed capture; or
  • A payment-provider verification request.

The timing and appearance of authorizations are controlled partly by the customer’s payment provider.

10. When Payment Is Charged

Depending on the selected payment method, payment may be authorized or captured when:

  • The order is submitted;
  • The order is confirmed;
  • Order processing begins; or
  • Another time disclosed by the payment provider during checkout.

By selecting the final checkout button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay, the customer authorizes the applicable charge for the displayed order total.

Armvora will not intentionally charge more than the total amount authorized at checkout unless the customer separately approves an additional transaction.

11. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

After an order is submitted, Armvora will normally send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.

An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. The order remains subject to payment authorization, availability, address verification, fraud screening, and compliance with applicable purchase restrictions.

If Armvora cannot accept an order after payment has been authorized or collected, the authorization will be released or the collected payment will be refunded.

12. Strong Customer Authentication

Customers in Germany or other applicable European payment contexts may be required by their bank or payment provider to complete Strong Customer Authentication.

Authentication may involve:

  • A one-time passcode;
  • Confirmation through a banking application;
  • A password or security code;
  • Fingerprint or facial authentication; or
  • Another verification method selected by the payment provider.

Armvora does not control whether authentication is required or whether the customer’s bank approves the transaction.

13. Failed or Declined Payments

A payment may be declined or fail because of:

  • Insufficient funds or available credit;
  • Incorrect card or billing information;
  • An expired payment method;
  • A billing-address mismatch;
  • Incomplete authentication;
  • A bank or payment-provider restriction;
  • A network or technical error;
  • Currency or geographic restrictions; or
  • Fraud-prevention controls.

If payment fails, Armvora may ask the customer to retry the transaction or use another payment method available through the official checkout.

Armvora cannot override a decline issued by the customer’s bank or payment provider. Customers may need to contact their provider for more information.

14. Pending and Duplicate Charges

A declined or interrupted checkout attempt may temporarily appear as a pending authorization. Pending authorizations are not always completed charges and may be released automatically by the payment provider.

Multiple payment attempts may create more than one temporary authorization. If more than one completed charge appears for the same order, contact us at support@armvora.com.

Please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • The date and amount of each charge;
  • The last four digits of the payment card, if applicable; and
  • A screenshot with unrelated sensitive information removed.

Do not send a full card number, security code, password, or banking login information.

15. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification

To protect customers and Armvora, orders may be screened for suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, identity inconsistencies, unusually high risk, or misuse of promotions.

Armvora or its payment provider may request limited additional verification before fulfillment. Any requested information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary to verify the transaction.

Armvora may place an order on hold, decline it, or cancel it where there is a reasonable concern about:

  • Unauthorized use of a payment method;
  • Materially inconsistent billing or shipping information;
  • Suspected fraud or account compromise;
  • Automated or abusive purchasing activity;
  • Unlawful activity; or
  • A payment-provider rejection.

If a paid order is canceled, Armvora will release the authorization or refund the collected amount to the original payment method.

16. Payment Security

Armvora uses an encrypted online checkout and works with payment service providers to process transactions.

Payment credentials may be collected and processed directly by the relevant payment provider. Armvora generally does not receive or store the complete payment card number or card security code.

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should use a trusted device, protect their passwords, review payment statements, and promptly report suspected unauthorized activity to their payment provider.

For information about how personal data is handled, review our Privacy Policy.

17. Billing Descriptor

A completed transaction may appear on the customer’s financial statement under a descriptor associated with:

  • Armvora;
  • Fitzoraz LLC;
  • The payment provider; or
  • A shortened variation permitted by the financial institution.

If a customer does not recognize a charge, they should compare the amount and date with their Armvora confirmation email and contact support@armvora.com before assuming the transaction is unauthorized.

18. Discounts and Promotional Codes

A promotional code must be entered and successfully applied before the order is submitted.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order;
  • Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • Promotions may have eligibility dates or product restrictions;
  • Discounts apply only to eligible products;
  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively after checkout; and
  • Promotional value is not refunded beyond the amount actually paid.

Any promotional restriction will be disclosed in the applicable offer. Armvora does not use a false countdown or artificial deadline to misrepresent the availability of a promotion.

19. Pricing Errors

Armvora makes reasonable efforts to display accurate prices. However, typographical, technical, synchronization, currency-conversion, or configuration errors may occasionally occur.

If an obvious or material pricing error is identified before fulfillment, Armvora may:

  • Contact the customer and request confirmation at the correct price; or
  • Cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Armvora will not replace the displayed price with a higher price and charge the difference without the customer’s express agreement.

Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable consumer law regarding advertised or agreed prices.

20. Installment and Deferred-Payment Services

If an installment, financing, or deferred-payment option is displayed at checkout, it is generally provided by an independent payment provider.

The provider may conduct eligibility checks and apply separate terms, repayment schedules, privacy practices, late-payment rules, or credit requirements.

Armvora does not guarantee approval for an installment service and does not control the provider’s lending or credit decision.

Customers should review the provider’s terms before selecting an installment option. No installment or financing agreement applies unless the customer affirmatively selects and accepts it.

21. Subscriptions and Recurring Charges

Armvora does not enroll a customer in a subscription or recurring-payment arrangement unless the recurring nature, amount or calculation method, billing frequency, cancellation terms, and customer consent are clearly disclosed before purchase.

A standard one-time product purchase does not authorize Armvora to impose unrelated recurring charges.

22. Order Changes and Cancellations

To request an order change or cancellation, contact support@armvora.com as soon as possible.

We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

If cancellation is approved after payment has been collected, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Additional cancellation and return conditions are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

23. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed and permitted by applicable law.

Armvora does not normally issue refunds to a different card, bank account, digital wallet, or unrelated third party.

After Armvora initiates a refund, the customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Refund eligibility, return shipping costs, and processing timelines are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

24. Expired, Replaced, or Closed Payment Methods

If the original payment card has expired, been replaced, or the account has been closed, the refund will still normally be submitted through the original transaction.

The payment provider or financial institution is responsible for routing the refund to the appropriate replacement account where possible. Customers should contact their provider if the refund does not appear after the applicable processing period.

25. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer believes a charge is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or connected to an unresolved order issue, they may contact Armvora at support@armvora.com.

We will review the concern and provide available order, refund, tracking, or payment information.

Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising lawful rights through their bank, payment provider, card network, or consumer-protection authority.

Armvora may provide accurate transaction records to the relevant payment provider when responding to a dispute. Personal data used for this purpose will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

26. Unauthorized Transactions

If a customer suspects that their payment method was used without authorization, they should:

  • Contact their bank or payment provider immediately;
  • Secure the affected account;
  • Review recent transactions;
  • Change relevant account passwords; and
  • Notify Armvora if the transaction appears connected to Armvora.com.

Armvora will cooperate with reasonable payment-provider investigations and applicable legal requirements.

27. Customer Payment Responsibilities

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

  • The submitted billing information is accurate and complete;
  • The customer is authorized to use the selected payment method;
  • The customer has reviewed the displayed currency and total price;
  • The customer understands that submitting the order creates an obligation to pay;
  • The transaction is not being made for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; and
  • The customer will promptly update Armvora if relevant order information is incorrect.

28. Information for Customers in Germany

Customers in Germany retain all mandatory payment and consumer rights available under German and European Union law.

For eligible consumer transactions:

  • The total payable price will be presented before the order is submitted;
  • Applicable VAT and mandatory charges will be included or disclosed as required by law;
  • Optional charges will require the customer’s affirmative selection or consent;
  • The final checkout action will clearly indicate that the order creates an obligation to pay;
  • Prohibited payment-method surcharges will not be applied;
  • Strong Customer Authentication may be required by the payment provider; and
  • Refunds following a valid withdrawal will be handled according to applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this Payment Policy excludes, restricts, or replaces a mandatory right concerning pricing, payment authorization, unauthorized transactions, withdrawal, refunds, or defective goods.
