One-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Last updated: August 24, 2026

This One-Year Limited Warranty Policy explains the voluntary commercial warranty provided by Fitzoraz LLC, doing business as Armvora (“Armvora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), for eligible products purchased directly through Armvora.com.

Armvora provides a one-year limited international warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This commercial warranty currently applies to eligible orders delivered to customers in the United States and Germany.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, restrict, or reduce any mandatory legal guarantee, implied warranty, or consumer right available under applicable law.

1. Warranty Provider

This limited warranty is provided by:

Fitzoraz LLC, doing business as Armvora
732 S 6th ST, STE N
Las Vegas, NV 89101
United States

2. Warranty Period

The Armvora Limited Warranty lasts for one year from the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.

Proof of delivery, order records, or carrier tracking may be used to confirm the warranty start date. If the delivery date cannot reasonably be verified, Armvora may use the purchase date shown in its order records.

Customers do not need to register the product to receive warranty coverage. However, customers should retain their order confirmation, receipt, and any warranty-related correspondence.

A replacement product or component does not automatically create a new one-year commercial warranty period. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the replacement remains covered for the longer of:

  • The remaining period of the original one-year warranty; or
  • 90 calendar days after the replacement is delivered.

3. Geographic Coverage

This one-year commercial warranty is described as international because it applies to eligible Armvora orders delivered within the countries we currently serve:

  • United States; and
  • Germany.

Warranty service may be subject to product availability, replacement-part availability, local shipping restrictions, and applicable law.

If Armvora expands its shipping destinations, warranty coverage for those destinations will be determined by the warranty terms displayed or provided at the time of purchase.

4. Products Covered

This warranty applies to new Armvora-branded home gym equipment and fitness training gear purchased directly from Armvora.com.

To qualify for coverage:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from Armvora.com;
  • The warranty claim must be submitted within the applicable warranty period;
  • The customer must provide valid proof of purchase;
  • The product must have been used for its intended purpose;
  • The product must have been assembled, operated, and maintained according to the supplied instructions; and
  • The reported problem must result from a covered defect in materials or workmanship.

Products purchased from another retailer, marketplace, reseller, or third-party website may be subject to that seller’s warranty process. Customers should contact the original seller first unless Armvora has expressly confirmed separate coverage.

5. What This Limited Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, Armvora warrants that an eligible product will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended household use.

Covered issues may include:

  • Structural components that fail because of a manufacturing defect;
  • Factory-installed mechanical components that do not operate as intended;
  • Hydraulic or resistance mechanisms that fail because of defective materials or assembly;
  • Fasteners, joints, or adjustment mechanisms that fail under normal intended use;
  • Electronic display components that fail because of a manufacturing defect, where included with the product;
  • Missing components resulting from a packing or fulfillment error; and
  • Material workmanship defects present when the product was delivered.

Coverage depends on the specific product design and the cause of the reported failure. Inclusion in the examples above does not mean that every instance of damage to that component is automatically covered.

6. What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this commercial warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use;
  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect product functionality;
  • Scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, or surface wear occurring after delivery;
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or use inconsistent with supplied instructions;
  • Improper assembly, installation, adjustment, storage, cleaning, or maintenance;
  • Exceeding a stated weight, resistance, load, or usage limit;
  • Dropping, striking, crushing, or exposing the product to abnormal force;
  • Use in unsafe, unstable, wet, excessively humid, or unsuitable environments;
  • Commercial, rental, institutional, or public-gym use when the product is designed for household use;
  • Accidents, fire, flooding, natural disasters, power irregularities, or other external events;
  • Use with incompatible accessories, components, or attachments;
  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs, but only to the extent the alteration or repair caused or contributed to the claimed damage;
  • Failure to stop using the product after discovering visible damage or abnormal operation;
  • Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers or identification labels when identification is reasonably necessary to verify the claim;
  • Products purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller where the purchase cannot be verified; or
  • Loss, theft, or disappearance of the product.

Routine maintenance, cleaning, tightening, calibration, and replacement of ordinary wear components are not manufacturing defects unless the need for service results from a covered defect.

These exclusions do not apply where they would unlawfully limit a mandatory consumer right or where the claimed issue was already present when the product was delivered.

7. Normal Wear and Consumable Components

Fitness equipment is subject to ordinary wear. Depending on the product, components such as grips, padding, covers, straps, cables, batteries, coatings, non-slip surfaces, and other high-contact parts may wear over time.

Ordinary deterioration caused by expected use is not covered by this commercial warranty. However, premature failure caused by a verified manufacturing or material defect may qualify for warranty service.

8. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty assistance, contact Armvora Customer Support at support@armvora.com.

Please provide:

  • Your full name;
  • Your Armvora order number;
  • The email address used to place the order;
  • The product name and model, if available;
  • The date the problem was first noticed;
  • A clear description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs or video showing the product and reported problem; and
  • Any additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

Do not email payment card numbers, banking information, government identification documents, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

9. Warranty Claim Review

After receiving a claim, Armvora may review order records, photographs, video, product information, and the customer’s description of the issue.

We may reasonably ask the customer to:

  • Confirm the product’s assembly and operating conditions;
  • Perform safe, non-invasive troubleshooting steps;
  • Provide additional photographs or video;
  • Identify a specific component or serial number;
  • Stop using the product while the claim is being evaluated; or
  • Return the product or affected component for inspection.

Customers will not be required to perform unsafe troubleshooting, disassemble sealed mechanisms, or undertake technical repairs as a condition of warranty evaluation.

A request for supporting information is intended to verify the issue and identify an appropriate remedy. It does not automatically mean that the claim has been denied.

10. Available Warranty Remedies

If Armvora confirms that a product has a covered defect, Armvora may provide one or more of the following remedies:

  • Troubleshooting or setup assistance;
  • A replacement component or accessory;
  • Repair of the affected product or component;
  • Replacement with the same product;
  • Replacement with a reasonably equivalent product if the original product is unavailable;
  • A partial refund or price reduction accepted by the customer; or
  • A full refund where repair or replacement is unavailable, unsuccessful, disproportionate, or otherwise required by law.

The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the defect, product availability, repair feasibility, cost, customer inconvenience, and applicable law.

Armvora will not substitute a materially different product without explaining the proposed replacement and obtaining the customer’s agreement where required.

11. Repair and Replacement Parts

Warranty repairs may use new or functionally equivalent replacement parts. Replacement parts will be suitable for their intended purpose and will not materially reduce the product’s function.

If a simple component replacement can safely resolve the issue, Armvora may send the necessary part with reasonable installation instructions. Customers will not be asked to perform repairs that require specialized technical skills or create an unreasonable safety risk.

Removal of a cover, label, or component does not automatically void the entire warranty. Coverage may be denied only where the modification, repair, or resulting damage is relevant to the claimed failure and where such a limitation is permitted by law.

12. Warranty Shipping Costs

When a warranty claim is approved and Armvora requires a product or component to be returned, Armvora will provide return instructions.

Armvora will cover reasonable, authorized shipping costs associated with a valid warranty remedy for a covered manufacturing defect.

Customers should not purchase return postage or mail a product before receiving written return authorization. Unauthorized shipping charges may not be reimbursable.

If inspection reasonably establishes that the reported problem is not covered by this commercial warranty, Armvora will explain the finding and any available paid or customer-funded options before incurring additional charges.

No inspection, repair, replacement, or shipping charge will be imposed without appropriate disclosure and customer consent where required.

13. Do Not Return Products Without Authorization

Do not send a product to Armvora’s business address or to an address printed on the original package unless our support team has expressly authorized that address for your warranty return.

Armvora may use different facilities for product inspection, replacement, or return processing. Sending an item to an unauthorized address may delay the claim or cause the carrier to return the package to the sender.

Obtain return authorization by emailing support@armvora.com.

14. Products Damaged During Delivery

Shipping damage should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please retain:

  • The damaged product;
  • The original shipping box;
  • Internal protective packaging;
  • The shipping label; and
  • Photographs showing the condition of the package and product.

Delivery damage may be resolved under this Warranty Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, or applicable consumer law.

15. Replacement Product Availability

Replacement products and parts are subject to availability. If the original product or component is unavailable, Armvora may offer:

  • A compatible replacement component;
  • A product with substantially equivalent features and value;
  • A repair where reasonably available;
  • A partial refund accepted by the customer; or
  • A full refund where appropriate or required by law.

Temporary inventory shortages may affect replacement timing. If a replacement is materially delayed, Armvora will explain the situation and provide available alternatives.

16. Safety Notice

Stop using the product immediately if it shows structural damage, leaking fluid, broken components, unstable movement, unusual noise, abnormal resistance, exposed electrical parts, or another condition that may create a safety risk.

Contact Armvora before continuing to use a potentially defective product. Continued use after discovering a serious safety issue may worsen the damage or create a risk of injury.

Armvora fitness products are not medical devices unless expressly stated otherwise. This warranty does not promise specific fitness, strength, rehabilitation, weight-loss, or medical outcomes.

17. Commercial Warranty and Returns

Warranty claims address defects in materials or workmanship. Returns based on a change of mind, an accidental order, or customer preference are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Armvora’s commercial return period and one-year limited warranty may overlap. Customers do not lose a valid warranty or statutory claim merely because the commercial return period has ended.

18. Warranty Coverage for Customers in the United States

This document is designated as a “Limited Warranty” for eligible consumer products sold in the United States.

The benefits provided by this limited warranty are in addition to any rights or remedies available under applicable federal or state law. Consumers may have implied warranty rights that vary by state.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits an implied warranty, remedy, or liability where such an exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Accordingly, a limitation in this policy may not apply to every customer.

This limited warranty gives customers specific legal rights, and customers may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

19. Legal Guarantee for Customers in Germany

The one-year Armvora Limited Warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty. It is separate from the mandatory legal guarantee rights available to consumers in Germany.

Consumers in Germany generally receive a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity for new consumer goods, beginning when the goods are delivered.

These legal rights apply if goods were defective, nonconforming, or did not match the agreed description, quality, functionality, compatibility, or other applicable contractual requirements when delivered.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, statutory remedies may include:

  • Repair;
  • Replacement;
  • A reasonable price reduction;
  • Termination of the purchase contract and reimbursement; or
  • Other remedies provided by applicable German law.

Repair or replacement required under the legal guarantee must be provided without cost to the consumer, within a reasonable time, and without significant inconvenience, subject to applicable legal conditions.

The expiration, exclusion, or denial of Armvora’s voluntary one-year commercial warranty does not automatically eliminate a valid statutory claim under German or European Union consumer law.

20. Right to Repair and Third-Party Service

Armvora does not automatically void warranty coverage solely because a customer used a third-party part, accessory, or repair service.

However, this limited warranty does not cover damage caused by an incompatible component, improper third-party repair, unauthorized alteration, or negligent service.

Customers may contact Armvora before arranging repairs to confirm whether the issue qualifies for no-cost warranty service.

21. Transferability

This one-year commercial warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the product and requires valid proof of purchase.

Any limitation on transferring the commercial warranty does not affect mandatory rights that applicable law grants to a subsequent owner or gift recipient.

22. Limitation of Commercial Warranty Remedies

To the extent permitted by law, Armvora’s responsibility under this voluntary commercial warranty is limited to the remedies expressly described in this policy.

Armvora does not promise compensation under this commercial warranty for ordinary wear, lost workout time, loss of use during reasonable warranty processing, third-party service fees that were not authorized, or indirect losses unrelated to a covered product defect.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, defective-product liability, breach of mandatory consumer law, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

23. Discontinued Products

If a covered product has been discontinued, Armvora may provide a compatible part, repair, a substantially equivalent replacement, or an appropriate refund.

A discontinued product does not automatically eliminate an otherwise valid warranty or statutory claim.

24. Warranty Claim Decisions

If Armvora determines that a claim is not covered, we will provide a reasonable explanation based on the information available.

Customers may respond with additional evidence or request that the claim be reviewed again. A commercial warranty decision does not prevent a customer from exercising rights available under applicable consumer law.
