For individuals in Germany and the European Economic Area, Armvora relies on one or more of the following legal bases:
Performance of a Contract
We process information when necessary to take requested pre-contractual steps or perform a purchase contract, including processing payment, shipping an order, providing support, and administering a return, refund, or warranty claim.

- Remembering customer preferences;
- Fraud prevention;
- Website analytics;
- Advertising measurement;
- Audience development;
- Personalized advertising; and
- Understanding how visitors interact with Armvora.com.
Strictly necessary technologies may operate without consent where permitted because they are required to provide the website, shopping cart, checkout, security, or another service requested by the user.
For visitors in Germany, nonessential analytics, advertising, and personalization technologies will be used only after legally valid consent where required.
You can review or change available settings through our Cookie Preferences page or the cookie controls displayed on Armvora.com.

You may opt out by:
- Selecting the unsubscribe link in a marketing email;
- Using an available preference center; or
- Emailing support@armvora.com.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending transactional or service messages about an order, payment, return, warranty claim, security issue, or policy update.

We do not permit service providers to use personal information for unrelated purposes when they process it solely on Armvora’s behalf.
9. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Armvora does not sell personal information for money in the ordinary meaning of the word “sell.”
However, certain U.S. state privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. Disclosing online identifiers, device information, browsing activity, or advertising interaction data to advertising partners may fall within those definitions.
Depending on the technologies enabled on Armvora.com, the categories of information disclosed for advertising purposes may include:
- Online identifiers;
- IP address;
- Device and browser information;
- Website browsing activity;
- Product-view and shopping-cart events;
- Advertising interaction data; and
- Inferences about product interests.
The recipients may include analytics providers, advertising networks, social media platforms, and marketing technology providers.

If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, or other content, we may process it to:
- Verify the submission;
- Respond to your feedback;
- Moderate unlawful or inappropriate content; and
- Display the submission where you have authorized publication.
We will not use a customer’s private support photograph or warranty video in advertising merely because it was submitted for customer service. Separate permission will be obtained where required before using such material for promotional purposes.
12. Automated Processing and Fraud Screening
Armvora and its payment or security providers may use automated signals to identify suspected fraud, account abuse, payment risk, or security threats.
These signals may include:
- Billing and shipping inconsistencies;
- IP address and device information;
- Transaction history;
- Payment-provider risk indicators; and
- Unusual purchasing behavior.
An order may be held, declined, or sent for additional verification based on risk indicators. Where applicable law provides the right, an individual may request human review of a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Those countries may have data-protection laws different from the laws in Germany or the European Economic Area.
Where GDPR transfer restrictions apply, Armvora will rely on an approved transfer mechanism or other lawful safeguard, which may include:
- An adequacy decision;
- European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses;
- An approved data-protection framework used by an eligible provider;
- Contractual and supplementary safeguards; or
- A legally recognized exception for a specific transfer.
You may contact support@armvora.com to request information about safeguards applicable to your information.
15. Data Security
Armvora uses reasonable administrative, organizational, contractual, and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Measures may include:
- Encrypted transmission through HTTPS;
- Access restrictions;
- Payment processing through specialized providers;
- Account and transaction monitoring;
- Fraud-prevention controls;
- Service-provider confidentiality and security requirements; and

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should use unique passwords, protect their devices, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account activity.
16. Data Breach Notification
If Armvora becomes aware of a personal-data breach, we will investigate and take reasonable steps to contain and address the incident.
We will notify affected individuals and applicable authorities when notification is required by law.
17. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without legally required parental consent.
In Germany and the EEA, we do not knowingly rely on a child’s consent for marketing or nonessential tracking where the child cannot legally provide that consent independently.
If you believe a child has provided personal information unlawfully, contact support@armvora.com.
