Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Fitzoraz LLC, doing business as Armvora (“Armvora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your right to control how personal information is used for targeted advertising and other purposes covered by applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

Armvora does not sell personal information for money in the ordinary meaning of the word “sell.” However, certain advertising and analytics disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under broadly defined state privacy laws.

This page allows eligible visitors to opt out of those activities. Additional details are available in our Privacy Policy.

1. Submit a Browser-Based Opt-Out

Select the button below to opt this browser and device out of the sale or sharing of personal information and to disable consent-based marketing tracking through Shopify-managed privacy controls.

This request applies to the current browser and device. If you use multiple browsers or devices, you may need to submit the request on each one.

2. Submit an Account-Level Privacy Request

The browser-based button may not identify information associated with another browser, device, customer account, previous order, or email address.

To request an opt-out associated with identifiable customer records, email:

support@armvora.com

Use the subject line: Do Not Sell or Share Request.

Please provide:

  • Your full name;
  • The email address associated with your Armvora account or order;
  • Your state of residence;
  • Your order number, if relevant; and
  • A statement that you wish to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

Do not send your complete payment card number, card security code, password, banking credentials, government identification document, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

3. What “Sell” and “Share” May Mean

Privacy laws may define “sale” more broadly than exchanging information for money. In some jurisdictions, a sale may include disclosing personal information to another business in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration.

“Sharing” may include disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not money is exchanged.

“Targeted advertising” may include selecting advertisements based on a person’s activity across websites, applications, or services over time.

4. Advertising Activities Covered by This Opt-Out

Depending on the technologies enabled on Armvora.com, covered activities may include:

  • Creating advertising audiences;
  • Measuring advertisement interactions;
  • Matching browser or device identifiers with advertising platforms;
  • Displaying advertisements based on inferred product interests;
  • Cross-context behavioral advertising;
  • Retargeting website visitors on other services;
  • Combining website activity with information from another business; and
  • Sharing conversion or shopping events with advertising platforms.

Submitting an opt-out does not stop all advertisements. You may still see contextual or non-personalized advertisements that are not selected using covered cross-context activity.

5. Categories of Personal Information That May Be Involved

Depending on the tools enabled and your interaction with Armvora.com, advertising disclosures may involve:

  • Online identifiers;
  • Cookie identifiers;
  • IP address;
  • Device and browser information;
  • General location derived from an IP address;
  • Website browsing activity;
  • Products viewed;
  • Shopping-cart activity;
  • Checkout or purchase events;
  • Advertising interaction information;
  • Commercial information; and
  • Inferences about product interests.

Armvora does not knowingly sell or share complete payment card numbers, passwords, or government identification numbers for targeted advertising.

6. Categories of Recipients

Depending on the technologies enabled on the website, information covered by an opt-out may have been disclosed to:

  • Advertising networks;
  • Social media platforms;
  • Analytics providers;
  • Advertising-measurement providers;
  • Audience and attribution providers; and
  • Marketing technology providers.

The exact providers may change as Armvora updates its website, marketing services, or installed applications.

7. Activities Not Normally Considered a Sale or Sharing

An opt-out does not prevent disclosures reasonably necessary to:

  • Process and deliver an order;
  • Complete a payment;
  • Prevent fraud or secure Armvora.com;
  • Operate the shopping cart and checkout;
  • Provide Customer Support;
  • Process a return, refund, or warranty claim;
  • Comply with tax, accounting, legal, or regulatory obligations;
  • Respond to a lawful government request;
  • Protect legal rights or prevent unlawful activity; or
  • Use a service provider acting under contractual restrictions on Armvora’s behalf.

These operational disclosures will continue after an advertising opt-out when they are necessary and legally permitted.

8. What Happens After You Opt Out?

After a valid browser-based opt-out:

  • The Shopify data-sale or sharing preference will be set to “not allowed” for the current browser;
  • Consent-based marketing tracking will be disabled for the current browser through the connected Shopify privacy controls;
  • Shopify-managed pixels configured to honor those signals should stop covered future processing;
  • Strictly necessary website technologies may continue operating; and
  • Previously collected information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

The opt-out applies prospectively and does not require deletion of all information already collected. To request deletion, submit a separate privacy request under our Privacy Policy.

9. Multiple Browsers and Devices

Browser-based consent and opt-out signals are commonly stored through a cookie or another device-specific mechanism.

You may need to submit the opt-out again if you:

  • Use another browser;
  • Use another device;
  • Clear browser cookies or website storage;
  • Use private browsing mode;
  • Reset browser privacy settings; or
  • Access Armvora.com through a different customer profile.

An account-level request may help us apply the preference to identifiable customer records, but it may not control cookies on a browser we cannot associate with the request.

10. Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law and supported by our privacy platform, Armvora recognizes a valid Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for the browser or device sending the signal.

Shopify may automatically honor GPC signals in regions configured for data-sale opt-outs.

Because GPC is generally browser- and device-specific, enable the signal separately on each browser or device you use.

11. Cookies and Marketing Consent

You may also manage analytics, preference, and marketing cookies through our Cookie Preferences page.

Opting out of sale or sharing is separate from unsubscribing from promotional email or SMS communications.

To stop marketing emails, select the unsubscribe link included in an Armvora marketing email. You may continue receiving transactional communications concerning an order, payment, return, delivery, warranty claim, or security issue.

12. Children and Teenagers

Armvora.com is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

Armvora does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age for cross-context behavioral advertising without the legally required affirmative authorization.

If you believe information belonging to a child or teenager has been processed improperly, contact support@armvora.com.

13. Authorized Agents

Where permitted by applicable law, you may authorize another person or business to submit an opt-out request on your behalf.

Armvora may request information reasonably necessary to confirm that the agent is authorized to act for you. We may also contact you directly to confirm the request where permitted.

A browser-based opt-out signal does not generally require identity verification.

14. Verification

Armvora will not require more information than reasonably necessary to process an opt-out request.

For account-level requests, we may compare the information submitted with existing customer, account, or order records.

If we cannot reasonably identify the relevant records, we may ask for limited additional information or apply the request only to the browser from which it was submitted.

15. Response Timing

Browser-based opt-out signals are intended to be applied after the Shopify Customer Privacy API successfully records the selection.

Account-level requests will be processed within the period required by applicable law. If an extension is legally permitted and reasonably necessary, we will notify the requester.

16. Non-Discrimination

Armvora will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Exercising an opt-out right will not result in:

  • Denial of ordinary website access;
  • Refusal to process an otherwise valid order;
  • Different product quality;
  • An unlawful increase in price; or
  • Retaliation for exercising a privacy right.

Some optional personalization or advertising features may function differently because the processing necessary to provide them has been disabled.

17. California Privacy Rights

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies, eligible California residents may direct a business not to sell or share their personal information.

California residents may also have rights to:

  • Know what personal information is collected;
  • Access personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete qualifying personal information;
  • Receive information about disclosure practices;
  • Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and
  • Receive equal service without unlawful discrimination.

Instructions for exercising access, correction, deletion, or portability rights are provided in our Privacy Policy.

18. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of other states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to opt out of:

  • Sale of personal data;
  • Targeted advertising;
  • Certain forms of profiling; or
  • Other processing covered by their state law.

Rights apply only where Armvora and the relevant processing activity are subject to the applicable law.

If applicable law provides an appeal right and we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing support@armvora.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”

19. Information for Visitors in Germany

The terms “sell” and “share” on this page primarily relate to U.S. state privacy laws.

Visitors in Germany may control nonessential cookies and tracking through our Cookie Preferences page.

German visitors may also exercise GDPR rights, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, and objection to direct marketing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
